A new addition to your Jedi powers allows for turning an enemy to an ally for a short period of time which adds an interesting strategic element to combat. Combat is much like in the first game, fast paced and fun. I did switch to the easiest difficulty a few times during the more challenging combat sequences. I am old and long ago lost my ninja reflexes so I play on the 2nd easiest difficulty setting which made combat much easier but not too easy. I suggest turning off fall damage so you lose no health when you respawn after a fall. This is not to say that the platforming is now easy as there certainly are areas will you will die a few times until you figure out the timing and pattern. In Jedi Survivor I had no trouble with the rope swings and felt the controls for the rest of the platforming was made easier. This has largely been fixed in the current game. For example rope swings were a source of much frustration to the point I never beat the first game. In the previous game platforming was too often frustrating.
